Where do Me To You Box care packages ship?

Me To You Box Care Packages ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.

Can I purchase for multiple recipients in one order?

Since recipients have different shipping addresses, you will need make separate purchases for each person. However, if this is a corporate order or a special event, please fill out this FORM. We will contact you directly to work out the details to include sending gift boxes to multiple shipping addresses!

Are there any additional shipping costs?

Curated Care Packages and Build Your Own Box care packages have a flat rate fee based on shipping zone.  An additional shipping charge of $3 is applied when a blanket is added to your gift box. Any purchase over $100 ships free!

How will I know that my care packages have shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You will also receive an email once your gift has been delivered!

How do I change the shipping address for my recipient?

Contact us at info@metoyoubox.com. Gifts ship within 24 - 48 hours of your order excluding weekends and holidays.

Do I get to choose the items in the care package?

Yes you can! If you choose to Build Your Own Box (aka BYOB), you can personally select exactly which items you would like included in your care package. You can also add items from the Build Your Own Box section to a Curated care package.

How does my gift recipient know that I have sent a Me To You Box?

There is an option during the check-out process to include a free personal gift message with your care package.

When do Me To You Box care packages ship?

All care packages ship within 24-48 hours of ordering excluding weekends and holidays.

When do I get billed?

You are billed upon purchase of your care package.  No cancellations or refunds.

If I receive a gift(s) I don't want, can I return it?

We hope that you will enjoy the care package inclusions chosen just for you! All sales are final.  We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products designated on this site.

Do you ship internationally?

Me To Box does not ship internationally.

    Simply input your recipient's address to where you want your gift box sent and it will be shipped USPS within 24-48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Create a personalized message especially for your gift recipient.

    This will be included in the gift box as well as emailed to your recipient when the Me To You Box care package is shipped.

  • Add your payment information.

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.
